Pricing questions
Does the 14-day trial auto-charge?
Never. You enter no card. After day 14 you pick a plan (or stay on Starter free-tier limits). We email you a reminder a few days before.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We notify you when you cross 80% on any metric. Past 100%, we still process — and bill the overage at end of month at clearly published per-unit rates (AED 4 per extra invoice on Starter / Growth, none on Business).
Can I switch plans any time?
Yes — instantly. Upgrades take effect immediately, prorated for the rest of the month. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle so you don't lose paid days.
Is the price in AED, USD, or what?
AED, billed in AED, on a UAE-issued tax invoice with your TRN. We can quote and invoice in USD for non-UAE entities on Business or Enterprise.
Do accountants pay for a seat?
No. The Viewer role is free and unlimited on every paid plan. Your accountant sees everything, leaves notes, signs off on returns — at no extra cost.
